Eni on Thursday posted an adjusted net profit of €4.98 billion for 2025, 5% down on the previous year.
    Pro forma adjusted operating profit was €12.22 billion, down 15% compared to 2024, the energy group announced, indicating adjusted net profit for the fourth quarter of 2025 of €1.19 billion, up 35% compared to the same period in 2024, and pro forma adjusted operating profit for the final quarter of 2025 of €2.86 billion, up 6% from €2.69 billion the previous year.
