Growth in Italian household disposable income slowed last year, Istat said Friday.
In 2025, the stats agency said, household disposable income increased by 2.4%.
It was 2.9% in 2024.
But disposable income growth exceeded price growth and led to a 0.9% increase in purchasing power, said Istat.
The previous year, this increase had been higher, 1.2%, however.
The propensity to save, the household investment rate, and housing investments also decreased last year.
