Inter Milan are three points clear at the top of Serie A after second-placed AC Milan were held to a 1-1 draw by relegation-threatened Genoa at the San Siro on Thursday.
    Rafael Leao headed home the equalizer for Milan after Lorenzo Colombo had put the visitors ahead in the first half.
    Nicolae Stanciu missed a stoppage-time penalty that would have won the match for Genoa.
    Inter, who won 2-0 at Parma on Wednesday, have 42 points from 18 games, while Milan have 39 points and champions Napoli are third with 38.
