TIRANA, September 10/ATA/ Albania hosts the UEFA Executive Committee meeting for the first time, becoming the stage of one of the most important events in the governance of European football.
From today, September 10, 2025, until Friday, September 12, the Football Association will host in Tirana the top leaders of the continent's associations, members of the UEFA Executive Committee, chaired by President Aleksander Čeferin.
The head of European football's government is set to arrive this afternoon at Rinas Airport, where he will be received by President of the Albanian Football Association Armand Duka.
According to the agenda, tomorrow at 09:00, a grassroots football festival will take place at the FSHF Football House in Tirana as part of the UEFA Football in Schools programme with an opening ceremony featuring UEFA President Aleksander Čeferin and Albanian Football Association President Armand Duka.
