Federico Pellegrino won a silver medal in the Nordic World Ski Championships free sprint final on Thursday in Trondheim, Norway.
    The Italian will retire at the end of the Milano-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics.
    Norway's Johannes Hosflot Klaebo won gold (2:45.74) followed by the Italian (+0.67).
    Finland's Lauri Vuorinen (+4.79) won a bronze medal.
