Stellantis sold 740,496 cars on the European market (EU, EFTA and UK) in the first four months of 2026, up by 7.1% with respect to the same period last year, taking is market share up from 15.5% to 15.8%, according to data released on Wednesday.
The Italian-American-French auto group, whose brands include Jeep, Peugeot, Fiat, Lancia, Maserati, Alfa Romeo and Chrysler, sold 176,859 vehicles in April, up 6.7% on the same month in 2025, although the market share for the month was down slightly, from 15.4% to 15.3%.
On the European auto market as a whole, 1,152,315 cars were sold in April and 4,672,775 in the first four months of 2026 for year-on-year rises of 7% and 4.8% respectively.
