Lisbon, Jan. 30, 2026 (Lusa) - The Lisbon stock market closed Friday's trading session up 0.20% at 8,662.19 points, following the European trend, with BCP bank advancing 1.46%.
Of the 16 companies included in the benchmark PSI (Portuguese Share Index), seven rose, eight fell and Teixeira Duarte remained unchanged at €0.48.
BCP closed the session at €0.91, followed by REN, which rose by 1.18% to €3.44, and Semapa, which rose by 1.13% to €22.4.
Also on the rise were EDP Renováveis (+0.55% to €12.80), Ibersol (+0.47% to €10.65), Sonae (+0.45% to €1.77) and Mota-Engil (+0.41% to €4.46).
In the opposite direction, Altri led the declines, falling by 1.37% to €4.33, followed by Jerónimo Martins, which fell 1.04% to €19.91.
CTT fell 0.73% to €6.79, Galp 0.71% to €16.73, Navigator 0.37% to €3.19, Corticeira Amorim 0.15% to €6.69, NOS 0.11% to €4.39 and EDP 0.09% to €4.32.
The main indexes in European markets closed higher today, with Madrid leading the gains, advancing 1.66%, followed by Milan, which rose 1%. Frankfurt gained 0.94%, Paris 0.68% and London 0.51%.
