Lisbon, Nov. 13, 2025 (Lusa) - Enhanced Fertility, a startup led by Andreia Trigo that speeds up testing, diagnosis, and the start of fertility treatment, was the winner of the Road 2 Web Summit's Most Promising Startup award.
The Road 2 Web Summit (R2WS) 2025 programme aims to promote the participation of high-potential entrepreneurs and startups from the Portuguese ecosystem in the Web Summit.
In this year's edition, Enhanced Fertility was the big winner, “with the Most Promising Startup award and received a cheque for €15,000 during the Web Summit”.
In another award, Teemy, “in the hospitality area, was selected as the startup with the best performance at the Lisbon and Porto Bootcamp and during the Web Summit, and was given a cheque for €5,000”, says Startup Portugal.
The 2025 edition featured 115 startups from across the country and founders from around the world.
"Among the participants, there was a significant representation of startups in the areas of technology, health, human resources, finance and sustainability. In total, the 115 startups, representing the four corners of the country, have already had investments totalling more than €40 million," says Startup Portugal.
This edition of R2WS was supported by Galp, which contributed the value of the two prizes, totalling €20,000.
In 2024, the honours were awarded to Framedrop.ai (most promising startup) and Deeploy (best performing startup).
This year's Web Summit, the technology conference that launched in Lisbon in 2016, ends today.
