TIRANA, October 10/ATA/ Skanderbeg Square in central Tirana was today a center of Albanian agriculture and livestock, where farmers, livestock breeders and entrepreneurs presented their products at the “Tirana Food and Fest 2025” fair.

They brought traditional products from local producers and foreign companies to the heart of the capital.

Deputy Mayor of Tirana Blendi Sula praised the organization and underlined the importance of such events for promoting Albanian products.

“I would like to thank the organizers immensely because they did an extraordinary job that greatly affects the promotion of all the products that farmers make. Farmers make a great work throughout the year for their products, but it is important that they also promote them,” said Sula.

He added that such fairs help promote cooperation and recognition of Albanian brands not only in the domestic market, but also in the international one.

“For me, it is very important to see tourists and everyone else here. Our farmers have the opportunity to do very good work throughout the year, but the support of institutions is also needed”, said Sula.

Sula confirmed the full support of the Tirana Municipality for any initiative that helps rural and agricultural development.

“The Municipality of Tirana will support any initiative related to development and assistance to farmers, rural development and everyone else. The more such initiatives, the more promotions. We need to promote our products because they have exceptional quality”, stated Sula.

Tirana Food and Fest 2025 will remain open at Skanderbeg Square until October 12, offering a unique opportunity for citizens and visitors to get a taste of the quality of Albanian products from very close. /p.s./
