The Index of Production in Construction during the first quarter of 2025 increased by 1%, compared to the same quarter of 2024. At the same time, the Output Prices Index increased 4.4%, according to data published on Thursday by the Cyprus Statistical Service.

The Index of Production in Construction reached 112.65 units (base year 2021=100.00), recording an increase of 1% over the first quarter of 2024.

The Output Prices Index in Construction for the first quarter of 2025 reached 123.70 units (base year 2021=100.00), recording an increase of 4.4% relative to the first quarter of 2024.

Compared to the fourth quarter of 2024, the index recorded an increase of 1.3%.
