TIRANA, July 9 /ATA/ – Tirana International Airport (TIA) has hosted the inaugural flight from Amman on Wednesday, marking the launch of a new direct air route between Albania and Jordan.
Operated by Jordan Aviation, the new connection strengthens Albania’s growing role as a regional travel hub and opens fresh opportunities for tourism and bilateral cooperation.
The route is expected to facilitate travel for Albanian citizens seeking to visit Jordan and the Middle East, as well as for Jordanian tourists exploring Albania’s natural landscapes, cultural heritage, and traditional hospitality.
TIA continues to expand its international network, aiming to position Albania as a rising tourist destination in the region.
