Italy's Lorenzo Musetti has climbed to a career high of 11th in the ATP men's singles world rankings after reaching the final of last week's Monte-Carlo Masters.
The 23-year-old lost 3-6, 6-1, 6-0 to Spain's Carlos Alcaraz in his first-ever Masters 1000 tournament final on Sunday, although he was impaired by a muscle problem that required medical attention during the match.
Italian Jannik Sinner remains top of the ranking he continues to serve a three-month ban for testing positive for a banned substance.
Sinner had initially been cleared of doping after it was found that he had inadvertently been tainted with the banned steroid by a trainer's massage at the Indian Wells tournament last March, but WADA reopened the case and appealed to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), so Sinner agreed to accept a short ban to close the case.
The suspension runs until May 4.
