Lisbon, May 14, 2026 (Lusa) – The Lisbon stock market closed higher on Thursday, with the PSI (Portuguese Stock Index) gaining 0.57% to close at 9,124.26 points, in line with the rest of Europe.
Of the 16 companies listed on the PSI, 12 rose and four fell.
Navigator led the gains, rising 2.83% to €3.42.
Other notable performers included BCP, which rose 1.95% to €0.94, Altri, up 1.91% to €5.07, and Mota-Engil, which gained 1.84% to €4.86. CTT appreciated 1.10% to €6.41, while Ibersol added 1.03% to €11.74.
Companies recording gains of less than 1% included Jerónimo Martins (€18.34), Teixeira Duarte (€0.43), Semapa (€23.10), Corticeira Amorim (€7.06), EDP (€4.40), and Galp (€19.35).
Conversely, REN led the losses, falling 0.42% to €3.59.
NOS (€5.30), EDP Renováveis (€14.16), and Sonae SGPS (€1.90) recorded drops of less than 1%.
Elsewhere in Europe, Frankfurt gained 1.32%, Paris 0.93%, Madrid 0.87%, and London 0.46%.
