AC Milan risk missing out on qualification for next season's UEFA Champions League after their slump in form continued with a 3-2 defeat to Atalanta at San Siro on Sunday.
    Goals by Ederson, Davide Zappacosta and Giacomo Raspadori had the Bergamo team 3-0 up, with a late goal by Strahinja Pavlovic and a stoppage-time penalty by Christoper Nkunku serving only to make the score look more respectable for Milan.
    With two games to go, Massimiliano's Allegri's men have dropped to fourth with 67 points, one behind Juventus, who climbed to third with a 1-0 win at relegation-threatened Lecce on Saturday.
    Milan are only ahead of fifth-placed AS Roma on the head-to-head record after the Rome side won 3-2 at Parma on Sunday.
    The top four qualify for the Champions League.
    Sixth-placed Como, who have 65 points, wrapped up qualification for European competition for the first time in their history with a 1-0 win at already-relegated Hellas Verona.
    Already-crowned champions Inter outclassed Lazio 3-0 in Rome in Saturday with a performance that bodes well for their chances of completing a domestic double by beating the same opponents in the Italian Cup final on Wednesday.
