NNA - The Lebanese Women's Volleyball team, comprising Lara Al-Nahi and Yasmine Mawlawi, qualified for the quarterfinals of the Asian U-18 Beach Volleyball Championship for boys and girls, currently taking place in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, until May 10.

The Lebanese duo advanced after defeating Malaysia U18 Beach Volleyball Team 2–1 in the 16th round, and are scheduled to face Japan U18 Beach Volleyball team later today.

In the same round, Lebanon’s other duo Sara Bakour and Katina Haffar lost to China U18 Beach Volleyball Team 0–2.
