TIRANA, Nov 27 /ATA/ Tirana International Airport recorded a significant increase in passengers during 2025, reaching a record number in October with 1,048,706 passengers and 6,168 flights to 83 destinations in 25 countries.

This growth is attributed to both the boom in tourism and the expansion of air routes.

TIA reported that the five most popular destinations in October were Milan, London, Rome, Vienna, and Bologna.

TIA remains the main air gateway connecting Albania to the world, offering more travel opportunities for an increasing number of passengers.
