ANA-MPA - Budget revenues up 63 million euros; primary surplus of 10.248 billion

State Budget net revenues amounted to 60.921 billion euros, showing an increase of 67 million euros or 0.1% against the target of the corresponding period, which is included in the 2026 Budget introductory report, according to the finance ministry on Tuesday.

Although marginal, the increase was attributed exclusively to the better course of revenues in October, as the new Budget has already incorporated the reporting data of state revenues from the beginning of the year to September.

For the entire period of January - October 2025, according to the final state budget execution data, on a modified cash basis, a surplus of 3.037 billion euros was recorded compared to the updated target for a surplus of 2.649 billion euros included for the corresponding period of 2025 in the 2026 Budget report and a surplus of 6.116 billion euros in the corresponding period of 2024.

The State Budget Primary Balance on a modified cash basis amounted to a surplus of 10.248 billion euros, against the primary surplus target of 9.881 billion euros and the primary surplus of 13.528 billion euros performed at the same period of the previous year.
