NNA - Le gray hotel reopens its doors in the heart oBbeirut

NNA - Le Gray Hotel has returned today to revive luxury hospitality in central Beirut after years of closure due to the port explosion. The hotel underwent an extensive four-year renovation, covering every detail from guest rooms to restaurants and public spaces, under the guidance of renowned Lebanese architect Jalal Mahmoud, who blended timeless elegance with contemporary sophistication while preserving the emotional and cultural essence of Beirut in every corner.

The hotel now features 104 carefully designed rooms and suites, three restaurants offering a mix of Lebanese and European cuisine, a swimming pool, and state-of-the-art meeting and event facilities. Culinary excellence takes center stage with the return of Michelin-starred Chef Alain Jaam, the only Lebanese chef to hold this distinction, who leads the hotel’s gastronomic offerings, elevating Lebanon’s place on the global culinary map and providing an extraordinary experience for guests.

The reopening of Le Gray is more than a hotel relaunch. It is a symbol of economic and cultural revitalization in central Beirut, attracting both local and international visitors. The hotel aims to inspire other institutions, breathing life into the heart of the city by combining luxury hospitality with art and culture, creating a holistic experience for everyone visiting Beirut.
