The Berlusconi owned MFE media group is celebrating its takeover of German TV company Prosieben on the stock market, thanks to the exit of Czech company PPF.
    MFE's Class A shares rose 7.2% on the Milan Stock Exchange in the early hours of the session, while Class B shares rose 6.3%.
    Prosieben, on the other hand, rose cautiously (+0.6% to 8 euros) on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
