NNA - In a stirring tribute to two decades of granting wishes to critically ill children, Tamanna lit up downtown Beirut last night with a spectacular White Dinner attended by more than 650 guests. The landmark event, held at Place de l’Étoile, transformed the capital’s historic heart into a glowing celebration of hope, unity, and resilience.
Dressed in white, attendees commemorated the nonprofit’s 20th anniversary in an atmosphere charged with emotion and elegance. A striking light projection on the iconic clock tower, designed by visual artist Amin Semmakieh, illuminated the city with messages of love and gratitude. A synchronized laser show elevated the ambiance, casting beams of light across the night sky in a poetic reflection of the occasion’s spirit.
Curated by renowned event planner Ziad Raphael Nassar, the celebration featured a powerful musical lineup led by Tamanna’s DJ Ambassador Rodge, joined by violinist André Soueid, DJ Nazir, and vocalist Cynthia Lahoud. The evening wove together music, memory, and mission—reminding all in attendance of the enduring impact of compassion and collective action.
Since its founding in 2005, Tamanna has granted over 2,800 wishes to children battling critical illnesses. Sunday night’s celebration not only honored that legacy but also reaffirmed the organization’s commitment to making dreams come true, one child at a time.
“Thank you for believing in dreams,” read one of the final messages of the evening. “Thank you for being the heart of Tamanna.”
