Most of the boarding controls at Lisbon's Humberto Delgado airport are working, with ten canceled flights and a long queue to retrieve lost luggage at 10 a.m., 29 April 2025. A major blackout left most of Spain and Portugal in the dark on Monday, paralyzing trains, subways and flights, affecting the health system and industry in both countries and knocking out cell phone signals.  TIAGO PETINGA/LUSA
