TIRANA, April 26 /ATA/ - Albanian and Spanish students delivered a joint musical performance at the historic Gjirokastër Castle, southern Albania, highlighting cultural exchange and youth collaboration between the two countries.
Students from the Feim Ibrahimi Artistic School performed alongside peers from Colegio Madrid-Fundación Santa María, filling the UNESCO-listed site with music in what organizers described as a celebration of shared artistic expression.
Education Minister Mirela Kumbaro said the event transformed the castle into “a stage of exchange and friendship,” where music and art came alive within a historic setting.
The performance drew strong audience engagement, with young artists delivering an evening marked by enthusiasm and applause.
Local authorities said cultural cooperation between the municipality of Gjirokastër and Spanish partners is expected to continue through similar initiatives in the future.
