Ferrari shareholders approved the 2025 financial statements, expressed a favorable opinion on the 2025 Remuneration Report, and approved the proposal to distribute a dividend of €3.615 per outstanding ordinary share, equal to a total dividend of approximately €640 million.
The meeting confirmed John Elkann and Benedetto Vigna as executive directors of Ferrari.

Cue, Sergio Duca, John Galantic, Maria Patrizia Grieco, Michelangelo Volpi, and Tommaso Ghidini were named as non-executive directors of Ferrari.
The meeting renewed the powers of the company's board of directors to issue ordinary shares (for a period of eighteen months from the date of today's meeting), to grant rights to subscribe for ordinary shares, and to limit or exclude pre-emptive rights for ordinary shares (for a period of eighteen months), subject to certain ceilings.
Furthermore, the meeting renewed the powers of the board of directors.
