Inter captain Lautaro Martinez looks set to be out for three or four weeks after the Serie A leaders said Friday that tests showed he strained a muscle in his left calf in Wednesday's 3-1 defeat at Bodo/Glimt in the first leg of the Champions League playoffs.
    "The condition of the Argentine forward will be reassessed next week," the club said.
    The injury means he looks set to miss the derby against AC Milan on March 8.
