Italy coach Gonzalo Quesada has made just one enforced change to his starting line-up for Saturday's Six Nations match Ireland on Dublin on Saturday after his side beat Scotland 18-15 in their opening match in Rome last weekend.
With outside centre Nacho Brex temporarily dropping out of the squad for personal reasons, Quesada has brought in Lorenzo Pani for his first start for the national team in almost two years following a series of injuries.
Pani will start at fullback with Leonardo Marin, who had the number 15 shirt last week, moving to inside centre and Tommaso Menoncello shifting across to outside centre.
